By participating in the winabook.com contest ("Contest"), participants accept and agree to the following Official Rules:
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Sponsor. Winabook.com, Inc., a Georgia corporation, at P.O. Box 54266, Atlanta, GA 30308.
Eligibility. The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, IRS dependent, or biological, adoptive, or step- mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, or son), or residents in the same household as any person in any of the preceding categories are not eligible to win.
How to Enter. To enter, submit entries via www.winabook.com between 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Central Time and 11:59 p.m. Central Time each day. The Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for the Contest. Participants may submit one entry to be eligible for each weekly drawing. To submit an entry for the contest, you must complete the online entry form and enter your contact information. Sponsor is not responsible for inaccurate entry information or for incomplete, lost, late, unreadable, undelivered, delayed, or misdirected entries, whether caused by participant or by any of the software, equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries. The winabook.com contest will run until July 2010 (the "Contest Period"]. The Sponsor reserves the right to amend the Contest Period at any time.
Winner Selection. Winners will be selected in a random drawing administered by the Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via e-mail within 14 days. If any prize is not claimed within 30 days of being notified of winning, or if any winner does not meet qualification criteria, an alternate winner will be selected. In the event the winner cannot be contacted for any reason, or the winner declines the prize, or the winner is otherwise disqualified as provided for herein, an alternate will be drawn at random.
Prize. Winners will receive a $50 electronic gift card to Amazon.com.
Promotional Consent. By participating in this Contest, winners agree and consent, without further authorization or compensation of any kind, to the use of winners' name and city of residence in any and all advertising promotions and other publicity conducted by the Sponsor and each of its respective subsidiaries and affiliates, except where prohibited by law.
Participant's Conduct. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that does or attempts to do any of the following: intentionally submit false entry information; tamper with the entry process or the operation of this Contest or web site; or violate the Official Rules. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prizes is permitted.
Limitation of Liability. The Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the software, equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Contest. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Contest. If the Contest cannot be executed as planned, for any reason, including computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, insufficient advertiser participation, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest at its sole discretion.
Release. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents engaged in the development or execution of this Contest, from any liability claims, losses, and damages arising out of or relating to their participation in this Contest or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize received in this Contest. Winners acknowledge that the parties listed above have neither made or in any manner are responsible for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied. Participants agree that the decisions of the Sponsor and its book advertisers related to this Contest and all drawings are final.
Governing Law. These Official Rules and your use of the site are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia in the United States of America, without regard to any other choice of law principles. The courts of general jurisdiction located within Fulton County, Georgia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to or concerning these Official Rules, and/or in which these Official Rules and/or the site are a material fact. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Fulton County in the State of Georgia. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia. The Sponsor's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Changes to Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of the Official Rules, in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in the Official Rules will be effective when posted. Your continued use of winabook.com and/or the services made available on or through winabook.com after any changes to the Official Rules are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.
